Week 6: Days 4 & 5

I don't know how you run so fast runningstitch! Even with all that mooncake in you... (I haven't had a single mooncake this year yet! Not from a lack of wanting a mooncake, though...)

Day 4:
Ran just 2k on the treadmill but tried to run it a little faster. A LITTLE. And already it was killing me. Then, did some weight training. I guess it sort of worked if my muscles were achy the next day. But who knows if they were the correct muscles? Ha.

Day 5:
Rest! Sentosa!

Sentosa? Did you Luge and Skyride? Saw tons of people today while driving down the ECP doing the IronMan triathlon. Over 70km in all!
