Week 8, Days 6-7, Week 9 Day 1

The weeks are just flying by. 

Week 8, Days 6 & 7

Car boot sale. Sweating must surely indicate some kind of physical exertion! Toiled in the sun for a few hours at a stretch over 2 days. Plus, on Sunday Opus and I played tennis. Am so miserable from the sun burn and lack of improvement in tennis. 

Dejected. 

Discouraged. 

Dismayed. 

Also very very tired!

Week 9, Day 1

WEEK 9!

Ran errands today, really too hot to be outside doing anything, really. Have received all sorts of comments on the sunburn. Angry red skin AND bulging calf muscles, definitely a not a good look.
